Venue Rental Includes:

Full and exclusive use of the entire Knotting Hill Farms grounds including the Barn, Veranda, Patio’s, and Pond.

  • Full-day access from 10:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M

  • Two private luxury Getting - Ready Suites with natural light, full-length mirrors, wardrobe area, storage, and private restrooms.

  • Wood tables and chairs. Round cocktail tables and chairs. White padded ceremony chairs.

  • Covered bar with grill, cocktail tables and chairs.

  • 1-hour rehearsal session scheduled 30 days before your event date.

  • The wedding day venue team includes the venue host, final trash disposal, and security.

  • Backup plan for inclement weather
