The Barn
Knotting Hills climate-controlled barn has gone through a complete transformation. This original ‘horse barn on a hill’ has been repurposed into an elevated-rustic event space. Complete with oversized sliding glass doors, rough cut board and batten siding, tongue and groove ceilings, and elegant glass chandeliers the barn provides a rich and inviting ambiance for your reception.

The Veranda
Knotting Hills large Veranda opens up off the back of the barn via huge sliding glass doors giving you a full inside/outside experience. The partially covered deck makes a great transitional space perfect for cocktails, dancing, or a ceremony.

Bridal Suite
Knotting Hills bridal suite is a dreamy place to ready yourself for your special day. The space comes with a kitchenet, wet bar, full bath, and five ‘beautifying’ stations for hair and makeup. The rich wood tones and tasteful decorations make a wonderful backdrop for pics with your closest friends and family!

The Pond
Knotting Hills Pond provides a beautiful place to tie the knot. The 450 sq ft pier is the perfect size for your bridal party and makes a wonderful place to photograph your memories. The pond is also stocked for catch and release fishing.

Our climate-controlled, elevated-rustic barn is an alluring and versatile space, with rough sawn pine siding imported from Tennesse, hand hewn beams harvested from local tobacco barns and original re-purposed barnwood - this space makes a warm and comfortable environment for your reception or indoor wedding. An expansive and mostly covered 2000 square foot deck off the back provides a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. The truly magical bridal suite is ideally located upstairs, and the floor level groom's suite is attached yet private.

There are two outdoor spaces for your ceremony. First, the front of the barn has a flat concrete space with dramatic views of the grounds and barn backdrop. Or, if you prefer just a short stroll down to the dock which is large enough for you and your bridal party and seating on a knoll overlooking the pond. Either space has amazing views.

An expansive, mostly covered outside deck is located off the back of the barn and offers a great space for cocktails and dancing the night away.

A brick laced, covered bar area overlooks the pasture and makes a fantastic private area for drink service.

Our incredible 1000 sq ft picturesque bridal suite is a space you may never want to leave! There is a full kitchenette with bar and ice maker, a modern full bath and 4 stations for hair and makeup. Well thought out lighting, A big screen TV for slides and built in surround sound.

A rustic and private groom's suite is the perfect hang out spot for the big day. This space has a wet bar, oversized sofa, leather cigar chairs and private patio.

There is a 1 acre pond situated between the barn and reception hall. The pond has a natural habitat, with fountain and is stocked for catch and release fishing.
A short stroll over the damn is a flat meadow perfect for pictures or just taking in the views and ambiance of the scenery.

Meet the fold! Our docile Scottish Highlands make an adorably furry backdrop for pictures. They are located a short stroll from the barn and love to crowd around anyone willing to get their fingers licked feeding treats.
